DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Supervisor, Support Services is responsible for managing all support services related to warehousing function including any special projects undertaken by the supply base.
  • The Supervisor, Support Services ensures the function is operating within the boundary of relevant Company’s policies/procedures and more importantly PETRONAS PPGUA/PTCAM/PPS including Joint Operating Agreement with Partners to ensure full compliance and mitigate any Procedural or Non-Cost Recoverable (NCR) risks and other Statutory Penalties/Fines.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Team Execution – Plan, assign resources, coordinate and track execution of safe and cost-efficient support services involving project management of special projects related to supply base, materials preservation management involving external parties, managing materials at vendors including cycle count. Provide support for Drilling & Wells in terms of material planning, preservation, inspection & repair, backload management, performing inventory adjustments including make-up, OCTG disposal, etc.  
  2. Warehouse-related Activities/ Initiatives – Perform assigned activities/ projects given by the Warehouse Manager related to Supply Base Operations, Materials Management and other Ancillary Services during period of low activity (no drilling/wells campaign) such as managing materials at vendors including cycle counts.   
  3. Performance Management – Define Team Performance Measures and review consolidated Team Performance outcome across all activities and processes periodically.  Assess and identify gaps against expected performance outcome and champion the implement improvement measures.
  4. Continuous Improvement (CI) – Lead the implementation of identified and agreed CI initiatives from sequential phases of Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control.  Inculcate the CI culture in the Function and champion the cross-functional collaboration internally and externally. 

 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree of any relevant disciplines from recognized universities with not less than 5 years relevant working experience in PAC environment or diploma of any disciplines with not less than 8 years relevant experience in PAC environment.
  • Proficient in overall warehousing function in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Knowledge in Materials Management under PAC environment 
  • Knowledge in Project Management is an advantage
  •  Strong Team Leadership Skills and attributes
  • Proficient in PTCAM/PPGUA/PPS/JOA and other Agreements in EP Environment 
  • Proficient in any relevant ERP system
  • Possess good report writing and communication skills
  • Self-Driven, Team Player and Strong Collaborator 
  • Excellent liaison, communication and networking skills with different department and hierarchy
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
